Prohibited items

Requires a licence or process we cannot see

• •Machine guns, selective-fire weapons, and conversion devices including auto sears and forced-reset triggers
• •Suppressors, short-barrelled rifles and shotguns, and any other NFA item, unless the listing states plainly that the transfer runs through the proper NFA process
• •Destructive devices, explosives and ordnance

Defeats the point of a background check

• •Any offer to complete an interstate firearm transfer without a licensed dealer
• •Selling to someone you know or suspect is prohibited, or buying on another person's behalf (a straw purchase)
• •Unfinished receivers or build kits advertised as a way to avoid a serial number or a check
• •Stolen items, or anything with a removed, altered or obliterated serial number

Restricted where you are, or where they are

• •Anything you cannot lawfully transfer where you are, or the buyer cannot lawfully receive where they are
• •Magazines, features or configurations banned in the destination jurisdiction
• •Ammunition shipped into a jurisdiction that forbids it

Not a firearm, still not allowed

• •Body armour where its sale is restricted
• •Stolen property of any kind, counterfeit goods, or replicas presented as genuine
• •Anything sexual, hateful, or aimed at harassing a person
• •Listings that are not a real item you hold and may lawfully sell
